Unique stay at home mom looking for nanny position

Nanny Available - I am not like most parents or nannies you'll meet. I believe that love, hugs and praise is the best way to raise children. I am a happily married, Lutheran stay at home mom to 3 children (12,5 and 1) and looking to care for your child(ren) in my home or yours. I have plenty of experience (aside from raising my own family) and can provide plenty of references. I will happily consent to a background check (I did through my children's school and for church as I help out in the childcare room). I have excellent transportation, insurance and driving record. I am First Aid and CPR trained, have experience in providing care for autistic and asthmatic children. I only work with 1 family at a time and prefer long term as that is best for all. Walks, visits to the park, the zoo are just a few things that we enjoy doing. We read a lot, play games and really love arts and crafts. Always looking for a fun new project to try. I am a creative person and love to introduce children to more creative play. Television is only watched while I make breakfast and dinner (no more than 1 hour a day). I believe in the more natural approach to things. I clean with natural products, make art projects from natural projects (you'd be amazed at what KoolAid and Jello can do) and am working on switching the majority of our foods to organic. I use gentle discipline, meaning I redirect to another toy or project, talk through it, offer hugs if it's an emotional meltdown, etc. Time out is used only if nothing else will work and the child is old enough. I find kneeling down to their level, talking it through and offering a hug works best.
