I have 10 years of childcare experience, infant/child/adult CPR certification, HIV, First Aid, TB test all current. Great references, non-smoker, and a clean driving record. I would like to care for children birth- to -30 months (siblings welcome). Pay depends on hours needed and age of child/children. Looking for a family to help out

Nanny Available - Hello there. My name is Amie and I am in Washington state. I am looking for a live in position nanny opportunity, hopefully somewhat soon! I am a 20 year old Caucasian female, I grew up with 5 younger siblings, yes all from the same set of parents:) and love the way that families interact. I love being active and seeing creativity in others' ideas. I have hostessed at a few different restaurants, coached, played, and refereed soccer, helped out in the church's nursery, and had the opportunity of learning how to raise children from my mom. Being that she has six kids, I grew up always being taught that as soon as you are done in an area, such as the kitchen, it had better be cleaned up and left as it was before you used it, before going onto another part of the house and starting a new activity. Another thing was that even though the case was that you didn't make a mess, if it is in need of tidying up, do it. No matter if it was your fault or not. Because of the way my mom raised us, even my youngest brother who is seven, is perceived older. My family is as this, Lindsay 18, Chelsea 17, Spencer 13, Trevor 10, and Hunter 7.5. Sounds like alot, but it is really great. I do however have a 4 month old, but he is just like another sibling, so therefore I am used to handling many little ones at one time. So if that was a concern, I hope that my family and life experience would give you all confidence that I can take responsibility and do whatever needed, no matter what the case may be. Some of the things I like to do are cooking, even though I am not the greatest:) reading, writing, making jewelry, doing stained glass projects, playing soccer, softball, swimming, running, making candles, keeping active, having fun, and having good quality conversations. I really like being hands on and doing things that can result in being able to see the "final product" if you will. It is such a rush! Oh, one thing that is important that I just realized I left out was that I do not smoke, drink, party, do drugs, or anything of the sort. It just never was an interest of mine, and still isn't. I know thanks to my mom how to keep a clean house and do laundry and I do not have a problem doing the required chores around the house. Sometimes I even admit, I like cleaning.
