Young energetic babysitter

Nanny Available - I am almost 20 year old. I have been babysitting children since I was 13 years old. I am great with kids of all ages. I know how to change diapers, fix meals, play games, give baths, monitor TV, read stories. I clean up after the children. I am stern and know when time-out is needed. I never use foul/in-appropriate language around children. I am very attentive. I can handle as many as 4 children at one time, for as many as 8 hours. I have my own transportation. Right now I babysit for a friend on a regular basis, i have been babysitting her son since he 2, almost 3 and her daughter since she was born. they are currently ages 4 and 14 months. I love kids, and i tend to bond with all kids i meet. I do not tolerate back-sass. I don't spoil children. I stick to whatever guidelines/rules have been set out by the parents. I charge $10/hour for one kid, 2 kids $15/hour, 3 add $10 to the base rate and multiply by the No. of hours. I round my hours up. I don't stay over night. If you will be coming home late I expect to be notified at least 45minutes in advance. If you are late I reserve the right to charge extra determining on how late you will be, how much of a notice i have been given and how this will impact my life.
