I found the perfect family who has been great to me. I have been responsible for preparing them for school, transporting them to after school activities, preparing meals, helping with homework, supervising them and their friends at various points during the day. I am currently enrolled in an online program to get my degree in Early Childhood Education. I understand how important it is to bond with the family I work for, specifically the children, and develop a relationship with them. In that spirit I do not plan to not bring my daughter for the first month, to develop those bonds and slowly introduce the family to mine. I feel this is the best way as it gives all parties involved a chance to slowly adjust to the new situation and more importantly it will allow the children to feel comfortable with all the changes they will be experiencing with a new Nanny. I feel that by taking it slow the children will feel close to my daughter and treat her like part of the family. After the first month I would not need to have my daughter with me past around 1:30 pm as my husband will get off work at 1:00 and he will pick her up and keep her for the remainder of the day. #107235
