Part Time Nanny Position in Edgewater, Maryland

Nanny Needed - We are currently looking for a Part-time Nanny to come to our house located in Edgewater, Maryland which is about 5 minutes from Annapolis, Maryland. We have 3 children, a set of twins (boy and girl) that will be approximately 3 months old and a son who will be 19 1/2 months old at the time we need the nanny to start. We are looking for a start date of Monday, May 12, 2008. We are also looking for a long term relationship if everything works out. What we are looking for is for someone to provide basic care for our children (feed/burp, change diapers, change clothes when wet, etc.. and play with our children) while both my husband and I work from our home. As for household responsibilities, we would expect our nanny to only do things related to the care of our children (ex. clean bottles/ children's dishes/pick up toys) and no other household duties will be necessary since we want the nanny to focus all their attention on our children. All of our children are very mild mannered and as a result, pretty easy to care for. My oldest son will only need to be fed lunch/snack during the day as we will feed him and get him ready for the day. As for the twins they are currently on a feeding schedule that makes things easier to plan around during the day. As of now, we would like someone to help us out from 9AM - 5PM for (3) days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) but that might change as we figure out exactly what days/hours a week we need our nanny. The hourly rate we are prepared to pay ranges from $10 to $12/hr and will depend on the experience, etc. of the nanny we go with. This will be determined once we meet with our potential nanny and are able to better determine what a fair hourly rate would be.
