Full time Live in Nanny position in Maryland available

Nanny Needed - We are seeking a single woman, non smoker, who can drive, between the ages of 20 and 30 who is willing to commit to 12 months or longer. The person we hire must be committed to the position, honest, trustworthy, serious about the work, uses good sound judgment, is responsible, is willing to make sacrifices for the family, is flexible, is appreciative, is mature, is willing to travel and is dedicated. We are seeking a woman who can wake early in the morning and help get the three oldest kids ready for school, help get them fed breakfast and out the door to school. When the three oldest are back in school and the mother goes off to work you will be responsible for taking care of the youngest during the day as well as doing some of the housework as time permits. Helping with vacuuming, dusting, making/changing bed linens, washing the kitchen floor, washing dishes, folding down clothes (laundry would be done by the mother), or just keeping the house tidy during the day. Also starting dinner in the mid afternoon so when the mother comes home she can finish the cooking or if your confident with cooking you can finish dinner while the mother handles something else. Over the last two years we have traveled to Germany, Tunisia, Egypt, Oman, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, California and Florida. All travels would be paid for by the parents. Note that foreign travel is not a requirement if you do not wish to go.We will consider those applicants younger than 20 and older than 30 on a case by case basis. There are possible salary increases every 6 months depending on performance. We prefer a candidate already located in the USA or one who already has a valid US visa. That said, we will consider all applicants. Work will be 10-12 hrs per day Monday - Friday. Weekends will be free unless the individual would like to work overtime. Our children's ages are 8 (girl), 6 (boy), 4 (girl) and 2 (boy). The children's interests vary from doing puzzles, coloring, painting, riding bikes, hiking, taking karate lessons, swimming, the beach, exploring and traveling. Their grandparents live on a large farm and they love to explore on the farm in their free time. They have all lived overseas and been exposed to many different cultures.
