Afterschool care/Summer care needed

Nanny Needed - for help w/ after school care & care during the summer. Start date negotiable. I leave for work 7:15 a.m. & return 5:00 p.m.; about one day a month I must leave at 6:30 a.m. & may need help those mornings. Greatest need is someone who will be available if the boys are sick, help w/ transportation to and from school, doctor's appointments, & activities. No weekends. Two weeks out of 12 I would require your services only one-two days. Those weeks are set and can be planned on a calendar for as far in advance as needed. If the time off those weeks is something you don't want, we can discuss alternatives. During school I would only need after school care except as described above. I am willing to pay a base salary to be supplemented if additional time is needed. My boys, 6-years-old & 8-years-old, are well-behaved & obedient.
