Fun, Creative, Experienced Nanny

Nanny Available - Hi, my name is Lisa. I work at an after school program here in Asheville. I just moved here. I am originally from NYC, having also lived in Seattle where I was a full time nanny and worked at an after school program there as well. I have a BA in Art and have worked as a teacher assistant and a substitute teacher. I also have many years of experience babysitting and want to pursue work with children, mainly in after school and community outreach. While working in after school now is great experience for me, it's less then 25 hours a week, so I am looking for babysitting jobs to help pay the bills. And, also I just love playing with kids and it feels good to be able to have more one on one time with children as opposed to the after school program where I am one of 3 counselors with 28 children. I came to Asheville after spending time in Brasstown, NC at the John C. Campbell Folk School where I studied various crafts including, quilting, book making, knitting, basketry and pottery.
